A district heat supply system using steam from a power plant was upgraded to an individual heat source following the closure of the power plant.
The steam receiving equipment was removed and a gas water heater with cascade connection was installed as an alternative individual heat source.
We planned and constructed the necessary air supply and exhaust ducts and gas fuel piping for the installation.
By using the existing equipment in the private area as it was, we were able to install the system at low cost and in a short period of time, while taking advantage of the features of the central system in the residential building.
